Links to pertinant information for each deadline on the LoneStarCon 2 website is indicated by a symbol. June 1st, 1997 Payment for Dealers Room tables/booths due. June 15th, 1997 Short Story Contest submission postmark deadline. Progress Report #6 advertising space reservation deadline. June 21st, 1997 Souvenir Book Advertising space reservation deadline. June 30th, 1997 Writers' Workshop submission postmark deadline. Progress Report #6 advertising copy must be in hand. July 5th, 1997 Souvenir Book Advertising, all materials due. July 26th, 1997 Hugo Award ballot postmark deadline. Overseas members should send their ballots airmail. July 31st, 1997 Convention membership pre-registration deadline. Also, pre-support membership discounts expire. All dealers of record must be attending members of the convention by this date. August 1st, 1997 Dealers Room table/booth reservation cancellation deadline. August 4th, 1997 Hugo ballots must be received by this date in order to be counted. August 6th, 1997 Housing Bureau hotel room reservation cutoff date. August 10th, 1997 Masquerade pre-registrations must be received by this date. August 20th, 1997 Wheelchair rentals, large print publications, oversized maps and ASL signers must be requested by this date.
